    Overview:

    JOB SUMMARY
    Directs and Administers patient/employee food service operations throughout the hospital.


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Education:
    Bachelors Degree in a Food Management-related field preferred.


    Experience:
    Five years of experience in hospital food management.


    Knowledge and Skills:


    Demonstrated knowledge and skills in administration and leadership, employee relations, communication, management of fiscal resources, and legislation affecting food and nutrition services in the health care industry.


    License/Certifications:
    Registered Dietitian. ServSafe Certification required

    within 30 days of hire/ transfer.


    Physical Requirements:
    Must be able to perform essential physical job requirements.


    PAY RANGE
    $ $64.24

    Salary offers are determined by candidates relevant experience and skills.

    For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidates individual experience.
