- Analyze control signals
- Control melting operations
- Detect deviations and initiate corrective action
- Familiarity with iron pouring, ladle repair, furnace charging and operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or related field or equivalent work experience/li>Able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and stand for an 8-hour shift/li>Solid verbal and written communication skills
