- Reg systems and applications installed on desktop and laptop systems.
- US Citizen
- 5+ Years of Desktop Support
- Desired experience in organizing, prioritizing, and assisting with daily technical support in organizations with different support requirements.
- CompTIA A+ or Security+ Certification
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, SCCM, Mac, PowerShell, ACAS/Tenable, ServiceNow, AV setup and maintenance.
