    The Supply Chain Analytics Analyst is responsible for analytical and process support on key optimization and continuous improvement initiatives for the Supply Chain organization.

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
    • Responsible to lead investigations into multiple streams of data to help solve complex business issues. Perform ad-hoc data mining and analysis to support organizational decisions-making.
    • Identify trends, research effect drivers, and evaluate results
    • Conduct modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, business case development, and other operational analysis
    • Support Supply Chain functions including planning, procurement, transportation & warehousing, and portfolio management with analytical and project-based efforts on an ad hoc basis
    • Prepare abundant ad-hoc reports and contribute to business cases
    • Help facilitate cross-functional communication throughout Supply Chain functions
    • Identify, evaluate, and recommend improvements to Supply Chain business processes
    • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
    • Understand and demonstrates the Company's core values
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Experiences that will support your success
    • 1+ years' experience
    • Minimum of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Related Majors or Business, Finance, Engineering
    • Demonstrated experience analyzing, data mining and reporting on large and complex datasets
    • Demonstrated knowledge of a data visualization platform (such as Tableau or Power BI)
    • Demonstrated Knowledge of SQL or other potential languages (Python, R, VBA etc.) are a plus
    • Past Experience in Statistical and Operations Research-based problem solving is a plus
    • Working knowledge of SAP S4 and/or SAP APO is a plus
    • High proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite
