- Responsible to lead investigations into multiple streams of data to help solve complex business issues. Perform ad-hoc data mining and analysis to support organizational decisions-making.
- Identify trends, research effect drivers, and evaluate results
- Conduct modeling, forecasting, trending, variance analysis, business case development, and other operational analysis
- Support Supply Chain functions including planning, procurement, transportation & warehousing, and portfolio management with analytical and project-based efforts on an ad hoc basis
- Prepare abundant ad-hoc reports and contribute to business cases
- Help facilitate cross-functional communication throughout Supply Chain functions
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend improvements to Supply Chain business processes
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures

- 1+ years' experience
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Related Majors or Business, Finance, Engineering
- Demonstrated experience analyzing, data mining and reporting on large and complex datasets
- Demonstrated knowledge of a data visualization platform (such as Tableau or Power BI)
- Demonstrated Knowledge of SQL or other potential languages (Python, R, VBA etc.) are a plus
- Past Experience in Statistical and Operations Research-based problem solving is a plus
- Working knowledge of SAP S4 and/or SAP APO is a plus
- High proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite
