    Description

    Crozer Health (CH) is looking for enthusiastic newly graduated nurses for The 2024 Telemetry Nurse Residency Program at Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Taylor Hospital.


    The Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month initiative created to assist Graduate Registered Nurses in their transition from student nurse to independent practitioner. It offers a blend of didactic learning and hands-on clinical skill training under the guidance of experienced clinicians. Emphasizing critical thinking and clinical reasoning, the program utilizes an inter-professional education model to provide a well-rounded learning experience focused on holistic patient care.


    If selected, nurses will deliver direct and indirect nursing care in designated nursing departments with full-time rotating shifts. PLEASE NOTE: During orientation, residents will work a mixture of 8- and 12-hour shifts, totaling up to 40 hours per week.


    Successful applicants can look forward to a $5,000 sign-on bonus and potential student debt loan forgiveness of up to $50,000 upon program completion.


    Positions are open in all intermediate care departments.
