    SAIC is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Program Integrator Systems Engineer to support the Systems Research Directorate in Huntsville, AL.

    This is a hybrid remote position.

    Job Description:
    • Serve as Case Manager and work with prospective countries and respective country Security Cooperation Organization (SCO) to define needs and requirements, propose solutions, and coordinate project status.
    • Help determine each country's unique requirements for equipment, software, system interfaces, technical assistance, contractor training, and documentation based on knowledge of system configuration and technical characteristics.
    • Assist junior and senior level logistics management specialists in the development and preparation of cases in accordance with Letters of Request (LOR) received from countries, to include evaluations of and responses to country questions.
    • Provide FMS case analysis and support to the Fixed-Wing Project Office (FWPO) Aircraft PMs, DPMs and APMs, and assist in the development, monitoring, coordination and integrating the program requirements for FMS cases.
    • Write Statements of Work (SOWs), build PowerPoint presentations, assist in Technical Evaluations, support development of Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Price and Availability (P&A) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, and assist in preparation of LOA datasets.
    • Prepare, coordinate and review letters, memorandums, notes, briefing slides, and other office correspondence to comply with AR
    • Coordinate and guide engineering, logistics, financial, and contracting functional disciplines to assist in planning, organizing, scheduling, and negotiating issues to ensure critical actions are properly executed within set timelines.
    • Establish and continually review and analyze case(s) to identify problems, coordinate alternatives, and recommend necessary resource adjustments and/or program schedule revisions.
    • Support the FWPO FMS team at international program presentations and program management reviews to foreign government representatives in CONUS and OCONUS.
    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:
    • Bachelors and nine (9) years or more of related experience; four (4) years of experience are accepted in lieu of a degree.
    Required Clearance:
    • Must obtain an Interim Secret Clearance prior to employment; must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance to maintain employment.
    Required Skills:
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with FWPO, Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD), United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC), SCOmanagement, support organizations, stakeholders, contractors, and peers through timely, consistent, transparent, and effective communication
    • Possess strong oral and written communication skills; quality of work must reflect high professional standards to support senior executive decisionmakers
    Desired Training:
    • Completion of Defense Institute of Security Assistance Management (DISAM) on-line coursework The Defense Acquisition University (DAU) course PMT 203, International Security and Technology Transfer or ACQ 130 Fundamentals of Technology Security/Transfer (FTS/T)
    • DAU-certified in Project Management and/or Project Management Institute certified as a Project Management Professional
