    HR Consultant

    Serve as a respected resource in area of discipline, while coordinating the administrative aspects of cases and claims.


    Respond to inquiries and cases to closure within area of discipline and escalate, when necessary, while focusing on the teammate experience.


    Provide personalized and exceptional customer service to internal and external applicants, teammates, managers and recruiters by building rapport and providing timely solutions and/or alternatives.


    Provide a high level of service and consultation for discipline, including, but not limited to, case strategy, status updates, liaison with legal counsel and vendor.

    3 years of experience in Human Resource in area of discipline

    Support the delivery and execution of assigned HR shared services program(s), while focusing on the teammate experience.


    Maintain close working relationships with benefits, compensation, payroll, and talent acquisition to ensure collaboration on the end-to-end processes for all programs.


    Follow proper procedures and controls, including compliance to regulations and laws to protect both our teammates and Truist from any unnecessary risk.


    All policies and procedures that support an area of discipline should include optimal training and process-level documentation that support the compliance risk governance framework.

    Provide support to HR partners and leaders regarding the employment policy for each area of disciple.

    Approve and/or deny cases based on area of discipline per laws and regulations.


    Respond to changing priorities and meet deadlines, demonstrate sound judgment when responding to requests for data and/or sharing of data and information, and interact effectively with internal and external parties.

    Support HR managers with compliance efforts related to third party vendors.

    Serve as vendor escalation point for vendor issues and risks for HR teammates.


    Respond to changing priorities to meet deadlines, demonstrate sound judgment when responding to requests for data and/or sharing of data and handling confidential, non-public or otherwise restricted information with integrity.

    Adhere to the record retention process mandated by the organization and other regulatory agencies for each discipline.
