Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate costs for multi-family and commercial construction projects
- Support and communicate with Project Management team
- Develop and manage customer relationships
- Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of project proposals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction codes and regulationsRequirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required
- Proven experience in estimating multi-family and/or commercial projects
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects (time management skills)
- Dedicated to consistently enhancing processes, systems, and methods (continuous improvement)
- Familiarity with MS Project and/or Bluebeam software
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environmentEEO
