    • Retirement PlanningEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCompletes advanced level tax compliance and planning, accounting services, and compilationsReviews the preparation of complex corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary and other tax returnsControls multiple engagements and consistently recognizes additional service opportunities for existing clientsSupervises, mentors, evaluates, trains and acts as a resource to professional staffSupervises tax projects such as structuring, planning, projections, and research as appropriate without supervisionDemonstrates commitment to begin practice developmentPerforms other accounting services and duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to use and train others on complex tax systems including Prosystems, Caseware, and time and billing softwareAbility to use 10keyAbility to supervise, teach, mentor, and lead othersProficient in tax and accounting research including knowledge of firm reference resourcesMust have strong communication, organizational, analytical and leadership skillsEducation and Experience RequirementBachelor's Degree in Accounting, or equivalent degree as determined by the management committee, requiredMaster's Degree in Accounting or Taxation preferredCPA license required6 to 9 years experience in public accounting#J18808Ljbffr
