Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and clean working environment. Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve practice goals and objectives. Foster a positive work culture and promote teamwork, communication, and professional development. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to veterinarians and staff members. Oversee the management of medical cases, including diagnostics, treatment plans, and surgical procedures. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely and effective communication with clients. Stay updated on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and incorporate best practices into the practice. You will be joining a well-established veterinary practice dedicated to providing high-quality care for companion animals.

    Qualifications and requirements:
    Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school. Current and valid veterinary license in the state of Nevada, or eligibility to obtain one. Minimum of 5 years of experience in small animal veterinary practice. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong diagnostic, surgical, and medical skills.
