    Perry, Johnson invites highly motivated senior and junior level associate attorneys to become a part of our team by joining our Business, Real Estate, Land Use and Estate Planning practice groups. Ideal candidates for senior positions possess 5+ years of experience in real estate, land use or business law. Ideal junior level applicants possess 1-3 years of legal experience and a desire to learn real estate, land use, business law or estate planning.

    The positions are led and mentored by Partners serving clients in the following areas:

    • Real estate acquisitions, sales, and leasing
    • CC&Rs and Homeowner Association governance
    • Secured transactions
    • Land use and CEQA
    • Code enforcement abatement
    • Property tax counseling and appeals

    · Business entity formation and governance

    • Mergers and acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, spin-offs, and restructurings
    • Financing transactions, loan agreements, capitalization, and real estate ventures
    • Estate Planning, including tax sensitive high-net-worth estates
    • Trust administration
    • Probate

    Candidate Qualifications:

    · A desire to work in Sonoma County

    • Strong work ethic and a passion for learning
    • Exceptional writing skills
    • Superior analytical and problem-solving ability
    • Committed to working as a team to deliver exceptional results
    • Licensed to practice law in California with no record of discipline.

    Salary:

    Junior Associates $100,000 - $130,000 + bonuses and performance incentives

    Senior Associates $130,000 - $175,000 + bonuses and performance incentives
