$22.96 per hourSUMMARYThis position is in Account Services Operations, which primarily consists of supporting the new account opening process (both paper and online), stock plan activation, and account maintenance


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review paper and electronic applications to determine good orderManually process applications as needed with speed and accuracyQuickly respond to related Operations and Customer Service inquiriesProcess all work daily to maintain excellent service levels


BASIC:
Minimum of 1 year of financial operations experience or equivalent


PREFERRED:
1+ years experience with data entry and documentation reviewBachelors degree preferredFamiliarity with DocuSignProven organizational skills with attention to detailStrong computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual, able to work independently or as part of a team#J-18808-Ljbffr
