A global tubular company is seeking a Compliance Analyst with knowlege of J-Sox regulations. Must be able to speak Japanese.

The Compliance Analyst will

Help to establish and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial statements.

Document internal control procedures and regularly assess their effectiveness. This includes identifying and addressing any weaknesses or deficiencies in internal controls.
Ensure Senior management certification of internal controls and take responsibility for financial reporting accuracy

Coordinate independent audits of internal controls by external auditors to provide assurance on the effectiveness of controls and compliance with regulations.

Mitigate

penalties, fines, legal consequences, and reputational damage for company and their executives.
