Link Staffing is looking for Assembly worker near Employees will be assisting the warehouse and production teams in getting products out to market in a timely manner. However, we will work with any applicants that have a strong work ethic and flexibility needed for this position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance
• Set up applicable equipment and fill fluids into containers
• Complete packaging paperwork after the completion of each product
• Clean equipment and put away all materials at the end of each run
• Notify team leader when packaging materials have reached reorder point
• Maintain organized packaging area and raw material supplies
• Work minimum 40-hour work week and overtime as required by management
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Clean packaging area and breezeway
• Wear safety protective equipment while working in Production
• Maintain a safe work environment at all times
• Operate a forklift
• Must be able to work in a Production environment (e.g. dust, fumes, strong chemical odors)
• Must be able to stand for longer periods of time, frequent bending and stooping required
• Will need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds

SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Experience with hazardous materials preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to follow ISO procedures
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Frequent bending, lifting, stooping, twisting and pulling
• Must be able to work efficiently and accurately with strong attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time- 10-hour workdays
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stay organized and keep applicable areas orderly

Shift Information:

Monday-Thursday 6:30 am – 5 pm, occasional overtime
