FULL DESCRIPTION :

This position is primarily responsible for facilitating the assembly of our products through the management of our production team.

It requires a strategic minded person with the ability to demonstrate discernment when it comes to manufacturing best practices, employee management, quality assurance, HR guidelines, scheduling decisions and manufacturing flow.

A manufacturing acumen, knowledge of proper welding techniques and managerial experience are essential requirements for the job.

Our company is looking for a candidate who will learn our build process, develop a comprehensive understanding of the inventory parts and labor required to maintain production flow, and curate manufacturing strategies based on the knowledge gained.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining production schedules and assembly team daily tasksGuiding team members through assembly questions in regards to best practices and sequencesPerforming hands on quality control inspectionsCollaborating with team members to ensure accounting, customer service and production goals are all metWorking with inventory to maintain a flow of partsDiscussing general HR topics with team membersAssisting with the creation and update of process documentationPracticing discernment with regards to production issues and troubleshooting

Salary Range:
