Equipment Maintenance Technicians are integral members of our Wafer Fab operation in Greensoro, NC that delivers high quality, efficient manufacturing and advanced technologies for innovative RF products and solutions to Qorvo's industry-leading wireless device and network customers.

They are responsible for the preventative and corrective maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing and test equipment.

This is a challenging position that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform preventive maintenance according to equipment specifications
• Perform corrective maintenance

* support continuous improvement projects

• Participate on the Emergency Response Team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A 2-year degree, or military or equivalent job experience in electronics engineering
• Previous hands on experience reading diagrams and schematics

* preferred candidate will have some experience in semiconductor industry

• Strong electronic and mechanical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Team player that builds, forms, and maintains working relationships
• Ability to apply previously obtained knowledge to new challenge
