Summary:
The Resident Care Director is responsible for coordinating resident care to ensure their independence within the community. This role involves assisting residents and their families in maintaining physical, psychosocial, and emotional well-being. The Director liaises with healthcare personnel and community support systems to deliver optimal care.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living.
• Actively engage in growing community occupancy.
• Oversee the overall management of the Residence.
• Ensure open and timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement quality improvement processes.

CT Specific Requirements for the Role:

• Coordinate and manage all nursing and assisted living aide services.
• Supervise nursing personnel and aides.
• Participate in program planning and budgeting activities.
• Provide reports on services and client data.
• Oversee compliance with quality initiatives and state regulations.

Qualifications:

Qualification Standards: (Meets or exceeds NH, MA, CT, and RI State specific requirements)

• Demonstrated computer literacy and office software skills.
• Knowledgeable about care for seniors with dementia and emergency procedures.
• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with relevant experience.
• Minimum age of 25 with experience in senior care and supervisory skills.
• Required certificates and licenses per State/Federal regulations.
• Active nursing license in the state of employment.
• Valid driver's license.
