- Understand and analyze client scheduling requirements to configure Intrigma's automated scheduling system effectively.
- Set up and manage shift types, rules, quotas, and scheduling blocks to meet client-specific needs.
- Utilize Intrigma's tools, such as the Calendar View, Assignments Grid, and Shift Grid, to create and organize shifts.
- Apply scheduling rules and patterns to automate the scheduling process, ensuring compliance with staffing needs and constraints.
- Collaborate with clients to refine scheduling parameters and troubleshoot any scheduling conflicts or issues.
- Stay updated with the latest Intrigma system features and updates to optimize scheduling configurations.
- Assist in managing and responding to user requests, ensuring all scheduling preferences and constraints are appropriately addressed.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the Intrigma scheduling system and user experience.
- Currently pursuing or holding an undergraduate or master's degree, preferably in a field that demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex, time-sensitive tasks.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience or interest in healthcare scheduling or operations is a plus.
