    About the Role:
    We're seeking a dedicated and skilled

    Respiratory Therapist

    to join a reputable healthcare facility in White Plains, NY . This is a

    permanent position

    offer 13, 12 hour shifts per month . Competitive hourly earnings of

    $47.74/hr /hr + 2-4/hr shift differential , a

    sign-on bonus of $10,000 , and a

    comprehensive benefits package .

    What You'll Do:
    Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy to patients with acute and chronic conditions
    Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management
    Perform diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function testing
    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to develop and implement treatment plans
    Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and respiratory health
    Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

    What We're Looking For:
    Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the state of New York
    Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (RRT preferred)
    Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome)
    Strong technical skills, patient communication, and teamwork

    Up to $10,000
