Mechanical Engineer (Design)

Framingham, MA

DPS is in search of a skilled Mechanical Engineer who has a solid grasp of the engineering process related to facility design to assist in various engineering design projects and construction in clean room, laboratories, biotech, pharma, or Life sciences industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate directly with lead engineers in designing mechanical/HVAC systems.
Coordinate with other disciplines.
Define requirements, identify deliverables, and create design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
Develop layouts in conjunction with project managers and engineers from different disciplines.
Execute the design and implementation of mechanical/HVAC systems.

Requirements:

BS in Mechanical Engineering.
1- 3 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering design, preferred experience in Life sciences.
Preferably experienced in AutoCAD MEP and/or Revit.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and demonstrates professional initiative.
Capable of taking ownership of assignments and working both independently and as part of a team.
Effective in working independently and in a team environment.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding atmosphere.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
