- Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.

- Plan, direct, and provide oversight for the daily operational activities of the command wide medical records program.
- Regularly provide technical advice and assistance to management on medical record issues, requirements and standards formulated by Joint Commission, BU1v1ED, AHA and the command as it pertains to coding.
- Conduct evaluations or branch activities to ensure current professional standards are met and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Independently manage workflow to meet production schedules and avoid backlogs. Prepares statistical reports, i.e., delinquency reports, documentation reviews and/or other reports as required.

About the Position: This position is with the Defense Health Agency, Naval Hospital, Directorate of Administrative, Patient Administration, Agana Heights, Guam.
This is a Term position scheduled to last 3 years. A term position may be extended to a maximum of six years depending upon the needs of management.
