    Minimum Qualifications:

    A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting, education, social sciences, healthcare administration, public administration, communications, information systems, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.

    5 years of experience in human resources, education or medical education, or budget oversight.

    Substitution:

    Preferred Qualifications:

    A master's degree is preferred; however, experience in lieu of the master's degree will be considered.

    Preferred experience with Taleo, HCM, Axiom, DeFacto, Smartsheet.

    Experience with Smartsheets and HCM Systems.

    Prior experience with supervision of staff.

    Competencies:

    Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.

    Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.

    The Obstetrics and Gynecology Business Services Manager at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is responsible for the high-level oversight of the core support functions of the department, planning, organizing, and managing the human resources core, and events and marketing core. Ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies and procedures that govern the department's efforts. The Manager partners with the Director of Finance and Administration, and Finance Manager execute the following: management and strategic planning, ensuring operational sustainability and growth while ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies and procedures that govern the department's efforts. The Manager may serve as a delegate for the DFA as the OB-GYN representative for the School of Medicine (SOM), the Anschutz Medical Campus (AMC), the University of Colorado, and other relevant affiliates regarding daily department operations, and relevant operational and administrative matters. The Manager ensures consistency between the policies and procedures of the OB-GYN Department and those of the SOM, the AMC, and the University of Colorado.

    this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week on campus, as need to be in the office for meetings etc.

    The starting salary range () for this position has been established as $75,643 to $96,217. The above salary range () represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
