3 west is a MS/Tele/Transplant Unit, and currently is part of the only transplant facility in North Louisiana. It is a 25-bed unit with a desired patient ratio of 5:1.We have an experienced Charge nurse to lead the team and excellent support staff consisting of 2 nurse assistants and a unit clerk for day shift, and one - two techs for night shift.
