The Project Specialist will contribute to the success of Medical Imaging Informatics (MI2)through the management of multiple concurrent enterprise-wide projects that impact the Imaging Operating Model.
The incumbent is responsible for coordinating and participating in MI2 related projects that include, but are not limited to:
The Project Specialist will be responsible for the formation and leadership of multi-functional and cross-organizational teams.
Project teams may be comprised of various resources from MI2, MGB Digital, vendors, as well as Imaging department operation managers and line personnel.
In addition, this role will include support of the Program and Project Demand Management and status reporting processes, and may include facilitation of programmatic forums and meetings.

Produce high-level status reporting related to the status of the MI2 Project requests as they progress through the intake, assessment, prioritization, and governance processes.
