    Key Responsibilities:
    • Care: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to older adult patients, including group, individual, and family therapy sessions in an outpatient setting.
    • Community: Engage in community education to raise awareness about the significance of behavioral health, especially for older adults.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to treatment plans, facilitate team meetings, and maintain proper documentation.
    Requirements:
    • Licensure: Must hold a state-recognized license in Social Work or Counseling (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
    • Demonstrate kindness and accountability in patient care
