    Description

    **For this position, qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The client does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position

    ** This role is a hybrid position. Candidate must reside within 2 hours of Indianapolis via car and are required to work onsite as needed per Manager expectations. No relocation assistance available.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the overall technical design of new and existing enterprise level solutions as well as oversight of technical decisions within projects leveraging working knowledge of technical concepts including server management, relational databases, data structures (e.g., JSON, XML), APIs, and programming/scripting
    • Architect design migrations and integrations between existing and newly implemented applications
    • Document architecture and direction to both business and technical partners
    • Understand enterprise data both within our solutions or external to our workstream guiding our team on enterprise data practices, how our systems integrate, security, and data protection

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of technical concepts including server management, relational databases, data structures (e.g., JSON, XML), APIs, and programming/scripting
    • Progressive experience in software/solution architecture design or development with multiple technology platforms, patterns, and frameworks.
    • Enterprise level experience architecting data integrations and migrations
    • Advanced technical university degree(s) or equivalent experience.
    • 10+ years' of relevant experience in multiple fields of Information Technology such as applications, databases, infrastructure or security
    • Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area
    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
    • Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
