Amazing Assistant Manager Opportunity to work in a cafe style environment. We are looking for someone with amazing work ethic that loves leading others. As an Assistant Store Manager you are responsible for Assist your GM in leading and supervising all cafe staff. Plan and manage staffing needs, shift scheduling, people development, career development, and succession planning.
Prior Cafe, Bakery or Coffee shop experience not required, we are just looking for that amazing candidate that will uplift a team while still maintaining food safety standards
