Garcia Automotive Group of Albuquerque is hiring We are proud to be the largest locally-owned automotive group in New Mexico This is an opportunity to make a difference by joining an award-winning team Do you have high energy and great customer service We would love to meet you so apply today NO EXP NECESSARY WILL TRAIN You will Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age mileage and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish follow up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day updating customers frequently Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explain all completed work and charges to customers You have Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction Past experience as a Advisor Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is preferable but not required Above average energy level Desire for a long term career with a growing organization Personal and professional integrity Reynolds & Reynolds computer experience a plus We offer Health Dental Vision Insurance 401K Paid Vacation Paid Training
