Job Description Job Description First Call Professional is searching for a mid-senior level accountant to fill an Accounting Manager role for a manufacturing client located in Franklin, IN.

This role will manage the accounting and cost control activities within the plant93k-108k DOEResponsibilities Lead and develop the manufacturing plant accounting department.

Leads plant and company efforts in the preparation of the annual operating budget. Prepare and update key performance indicators daily to evaluate plant performance. Reconcile inventory and investigate existing problems; assist in taking the physical inventory. Prepare plant and company forecasts each month. Close books at month end in compliance with all governmental regulations, and issues company required financial reports. Lead and participate in small group activities that are focused on continuous improvement and plant/company profitability.

Oversee entry of product standard costs into company system(s).Qualifications This job requires a minimum of a bachelors degree in a related field and 4 to 6 years of position-related experience; preferably 6 to 8 years of position-related experience.
