    What You'll Do
    Partner with patients and families in care decisions.
    Develop and document individualized care plans using evidence-based practices.
    Perform safe hand-offs usingSBARand bedside reporting.
    Communicate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
    Stay engaged in unit huddles, process improvement projects, and continuingcertifications and competencies to deliver the highest standard of care.
    Qualifications

    Education:
    Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)

    Licensure:
    Current RN license in Missouri or compact license

    Certifications:

    Required:
    BLS(American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire

    Preferred:
    ACLS, NRP, C-EFM, and others as applicable

    Experience:
    Previous RN experience required; Women's Health experience preferred but notGrowth Matters
    Participate in professional development programs, hospital committees, and mentorship opportunities.
