Configuration Engineer II - OpenText Content SuiteLocation: Remote

This is for an IT Specialist to work on OpenText Content Suite and to support HCBG Spinoff project.

The expectation is that the resources has OpenText content suite experiences and can works with moderate work direction, execute assigned project deliverables and can identify issues/problems and provide a solution with some guidance and assistance.

The resource is responsible for implementing tasks assigned for an ECM-OpenText related technical activities. Possesses the ability to perform configurations and help junior team members with technical tasks (such as configuration, application setup and test solutions locally as proof of concept.

Possess the ability to implement tasks according to established development standards including local configuration, unit testing and debugging processes and escalate issues as they arise.

The resource should also have the ability to handle complex assignments with some supervision from technical leads and product owners.

o An associate degree with OpenText Content Suite Solution 20.4+ Certificationo OpenText Content Suite Solution 16.2+ certification would be a pluso OpenText Content Suite SAP integration (ArchiveLink), Extended ECM and workflow is a big plus

How many years of experience are required?o 3-5 year of OpenText Content Suite Solution development, Analysis or support experienceo Five (5) years of IT experience in a private, public government or military environmento Three (3) years of OpenText Content Suite Solutions development, support or analyst work.

o Three (2) years of SAP (R/3 or S4 HANA) experience is a big plus
