    Exciting Opportunity as an Instructional Designer at Innovative Works!

    Are you passionate about fostering innovation and supporting startups? Join us at Innovative Works where we aim to cultivate the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Southwestern Pennsylvania. We're on a mission to establish our region as a hub for cutting-edge startups and tech investors nationwide.

    What You'll Do:

    • Be the go-to person for instructors in our Startable Program
    • Collaborate with the team to enhance the Startable curriculum
    • Develop and update instructional materials
    • Aid in creating curriculum for business and specialized topics
    • Conduct training sessions with Startable instructors
    • Provide support to instructors on curriculum and deliverables
    • Participate in video conferences for training sessions
    • Contribute to participant and instructor feedback collection through surveys
    • Use program outcomes and feedback to refine the curriculum

    This is a fully remote role, so having a stable internet connection and a computer with video capabilities is essential.

    Required Skills:

    You should be adept at building curriculum in Google Classroom, designing project-based curriculum for teenagers, and training instructors. Proficiency in Zoom and Google Suite tools is crucial. Experience in entrepreneurship, product design, and web design curriculum is a bonus.

    This position entails 20 hours per week from March to June and 30 hours per week from July to August, totaling 600 hours.

    Compensation: $25 per hour
