    Summary

    Under the direction of the Chief Communications and Development Officer, this position will primarily work to develop, implement, and execute marketing strategy and plans for Hope's programs, as well as develop and establish community outreach and engagement plans to raise visibility and position Hope as a leader in their field.

Today, Hope serves individuals with disabilities and their families by providing top level quality educational, residential, and clinical services across six states, as well as community education and training.     WHAT YOU WILL BRING
    • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
    • 5-7 years of experience in Communications and Marketing, or related field.
    • Candidate should be creative, organized, motivated, forward thinking, team player, and a self-starter.
    • Knowledge of current marketing trends and ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
    WHAT YOU WILL DO
    • Develop and execute comprehensive, long-term, and proactive messaging, marketing, and branding strategy that is consistent with the strategic operational goals and priorities of Hope.
    • Develop and implement consistent, high visibility messaging for Hope initiatives, programs, and events that drive awareness with key stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement a community outreach initiative to promote Hope and its programs in the communities that we serve.
    • Coordinate the design and production of external marketing literature, campaigns, and event propaganda.
    • Collect information (salient stories, data, facts, figures, reports, photos) and transform that information into effective communication/marketing tools.
    • Work with the Development team to identify groups, businesses, service organizations, and individuals to target. Build effective relationships with supporters and community-based organizations to increase collaboration and lay groundwork for the Development Team.
