**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Box truck owner-operator to join our team at Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC.

Competitive Mileage Rates:

$1.30-$1.70 per mile for 12-16 ft Box Trucks (long miles, all areas)
$1.50-$1.90 per mile for Canada-based loads

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work as an independent contractor with Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC. As an owner-operator, you will be responsible for safely operating your own 12-16 ft Box truck to transport goods to designated locations.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate your Box truck to transport goods
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Communicate effectively in English

Requirements:

You must have your own 12-16 ft Box truck without a log book or ELD
Be a US citizen, resident, green card holder, or work authorization holder
Be at least 21 years old
Speak, understand, and read basic English; we also hire Russian speakers
All drivers must be approved, accepted, and registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC to accept a load
VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers; this is an independent contractor position

Vehicle Requirements:

The Box truck should not be older than 2014
All vehicles must have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE
We do not work with rental or leased vehicles
All decals should be removed
If you make any changes to your vehicle, inform us before putting it on the road; you must also send registration and insurance for the vehicle
Driving experience of 6 months is required

Compensation:

The estimated average monthly salary for this position is $8,000 and more, depending on the vehicle, willingness to work, payload, Hazmat certificate, TSA/TWIC. You can negotiate rates with our dispatchers.
