Job Description

• We are seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for ongoing part-time opportunities performing outpatient home health visits.

The ideal candidate will have experience with electronic medical records, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be able to work independently in client homes.

1. Make outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
2. Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as mobility/range of joints, transfer status, stability, patterns and appearance of ambulation, strength and endurance of muscles.
