We are seeking compassionate and skilled Travel Nurses to join our team and provide exceptional care to residents in senior living facilities across various locations.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in senior living facilities, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and other nursing interventions as needed.
Monitor residents' conditions closely, recognizing changes in health status and responding promptly with appropriate interventions.
Educate residents and their families on health-related topics, including medication management, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and interventions in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and best practices in nursing care.Serve as an advocate for residents, promoting their rights, dignity, and autonomy in all aspects of care delivery.
Collaborate with facility staff, including nurses, physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate seamless transitions of care and promote continuity for residents.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in resident care.Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and integrity in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
Valid nursing license in the state(s) of practice, with no restrictions or disciplinary actions.
Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a long-term care or senior living setting.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
Flexibility to travel to various locations and work different shifts as needed.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting resident-centered care.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required.
