    How you'll contribute
    ANurse Manager(RN)who excels in this role:Establishes strategic goals for assigned units aligned with the organization's strategic plan.

    Manages the team assignedCollaborates with the members of the Patient Care TeamSchedules Monthly staff meetingsDemonstrates annual competenciesAdhere to all regulatory requirementsApproves KronosTakes Active role in improving patient throughputProvides leadership in critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving.

    Assures compliance with all regulatory agencies. Develops action plans and monitors performance.
    Continually improves employee engagement and safety.
    Serves as an ambassador for the organization displaying a positive image in the community to ensure sound relationships.

    Serves as a professional role model and mentor to motivate, develop nurse leaders and staff RNs who aspire to be in future leadership roles.

    What we're looking for
    Applicants should be a graduate of accredited school of nursing and state Registered Nurse Licensure


    Additional requirements include:
