    Position OverviewWe seek diligent, detail-oriented professionals to join the team.

    You must be comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven, fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering a high-quality, accurate product on a time-sensitive basis.

    ResponsibilitiesWorking within our alternative investments databaseDownloading, organizing, and renaming filesDocument managementCreating, circulating, and tracking LOAs (Letter of Authorization)Creating and reconciling transaction level data in ExcelEscalate system and data issues to client facing team and/or team leadRequired Qualifications & Skills0-2 years Data Entry experience Familiarity with technology, software tools, and applications, including ExcelWell-organized and self-motivatedHighly attentive to detail and accuracyFamiliarity with handling confidential dataPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with financial services helpfulAn associate or bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant job experienceSchedulePart-time position 29 hours/week.


    Onsite:
