Summary:

Schedules surgeries for patients by providing complete and accurate information to the surgery center. Coordinate insurance authorization. Provides updates/cancelation requests to surgery center. Acts as back up for New Patient Referral Coordinator.

Qualifications

Education/Qualification
● High School diploma or equivalency
● Surgical posting experience preferred

Skills
● Excellent computer skills.
● Able to speak and write English Fluently
● Demonstrated communication, organization and critical thinking skills
● Knowledge of medical terminology
● Analytical thinking ability to assimilate information and make decisions based upon guidelines.
● Excellent customer service skills.
