    Insight Global is looking for a hybrid finance manager for one of our gaming manufacturing clients here in Las Vegas This person will serve as a strategic business partner to R&D stakeholders, leveraging their talent to drive financial success.

    The position combines operational and analytical responsibilities, ensuring robust financial processes, insightful reporting, and effective budgeting. By collaborating with diverse stakeholders, this role directly influences the organization's financial outcomes. This role involves generating weekly and monthly standard reporting packs, providing essential financial insights to inform decision-making. Additionally, ad hoc reporting and targeted analyses are performed as needed to address specific business requirements.

    Ensuring accurate financial accounting and reporting is crucial, including monthly reporting and analysis, annual Plans, Quarterly LEs, and head count monitoring.

    Collaborating with stakeholders, the finance manager identifies key business drivers, analyzes variances from targeted results, and recommends actions to close gaps.

    The role also includes modeling and analyzing budget and forecast data for assigned cost centers, linking outputs to critical drivers.

    Accurate tracking and reporting of third-party studio costs and royalties are essential. Furthermore, the finance manager assists in embedding commercial systems and ensuring compliance with business policies.     Familiarity with Goal Seek, Python, or R


    • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
    • Ability to communicate in French.
    Knowledge of the casino gaming industry.
    * 2+ years of experience working in a management role in Finance


    • Past work experience in Finance for an operations, manufacturing or warehouse environment.
    • Proficiency in Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Strong knowledge of reporting requirements.
    • Ability to identify and understand key drivers in a complex commercial environment of 200+ employees.
    • Analytical skills to understand and analyze financial data, providing effective recommendations to management.
    • Experience in a Microsoft Environment using applications such as Power BI
    • Experience with ERP and Financial software (TM1/Cognos, D365, Analplan, Hyperion, Pillar).
    Finance business partnering experience and ability to build stakeholder relationships.
