- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Prepare and process month end close including reconciliations of accounts, journal entries, accruals, and preparation of financial statements
- Monitor and maintain fixed asset records
- Prepare and review analysis ensuring balance sheet accounts are reconciled with supporting documentation
- Manage cash flows
- Support external auditors
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience working in GAAP accounting
- Experience working with month-end close, bank reconciliations, balance sheets, journal entries, and cash flows
- Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
- Microsoft office skills including strong Excel skills
- Experience using an accounting software such as Quickbooks or JD Edwards
