We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our aviation operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee processes, and drive operational excellence.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with our program's vision and goals.

Team Leadership:
Lead a team of instructors, programmers, and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.

Resource Management:
Optimize resource allocation, including funding, office space, instructor cadre, and equipment.

Efficiency Enhancement:
Identify areas for process improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.

Emergency Preparedness:
Understand and support emergency response plans to handle unforeseen situations.

Vendor Relations:
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to maintain seamless operations.

Budget Oversight:
Manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and drive cost-effective solutions. Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business software and scheduling tools.
