Job Description:

Pay Range $ 60hr - $65hr

• Develop, maintain, and enhance service request applications on the ServiceNow platform to automate and improve business processes.
• Develop test cases for functional, UAT testing, resolution of reported defects, and perform integration testing using sample data.
• Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC.
• Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines, specifications, and budget.
• Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition.
• Conduct staff training on new procedures.
• Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors.

• Experience developing test scripts and plans.
• Self-motivator with the ability to work through stakeholder requests which may have high ambiguity.
• ssociates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong focus on code quality and reusability.
• Outstanding critical thinking, communication, and personal interaction skills.
• Understanding of restful web services.
• I'd like to point out that an expert-level understanding of the ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities is required.
• Good understanding of service-oriented architecture, software application architecture, and the ability to consult with customers about these topics.
• Experience with ServiceNow Platform/Software applications.
