- Providing customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies as well as assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate , ,

- Conducting regular random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity identify potential issues helping maintain order within assigned areas of responsibility
