    Position Summary:

    The Director of IT Supply Chain Systems is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in the supply chain area and other critical information systems within the global organization.

    This position requires a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in ERP platforms, business process optimization, and information systems management with global experience.

    The Director will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration and functionality of ERP systems and related technologies.


    Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversight of ERP

    Supply Chain Areas:
    Govern and evolve the global ERP solution (Oracle EBS), Master Data Management, Planning, Procurement, and Distribution areas.
    • Develop and execute the organization's ERP Supply Chain strategy, aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
    • Collaborate with business leadership and IT groups to define the IT applications roadmap, project definition, and lead project execution within planned budgets.
    • Lead the selection/build, customization, and deployment of ERP Supply Chain solutions to meet business process requirements.
    • Ensure the design, architecture, and maintenance of the company's information systems guarantee high availability and reliability.
    • Implement best practices for system performance, security, and data integrity.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through ERP Supply Chain systems in collaboration with business stakeholders.
    • Streamline and optimize business workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Develop data management strategies to facilitate seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications and databases.
    • Implement data governance policies and measures for ensuring data quality.
    • Manage relationships with ERP vendors and technology partners, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
    • Collaborate with vendors to stay abreast of new features and enhancements.
    • Oversee IT projects related to ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
    • Establish and enforce robust security measures to safeguard ERP and information systems against cyber threats.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and industry standards.
    • Prioritize projects and initiatives based on strategic importance and business impact.
    • Lead and mentor the IT team supporting their area of responsibility.
    • Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on key projects within their area of responsibility.
    • Oversee budgeting and cost optimization within the designated area of responsibility.
    • Communicate IT strategies, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    • Maintains deep understanding of business processes and their alignment with ERP functionalities.
    • Demonstrated track record in leading successful ERP implementations and upgrades.
    • Ability to drive digital transformation and process optimization in a global environment.
    • Experience in implementing global solutions.
    • Proficiency in data management, integration, and analytics.
    • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices.

    Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). 10+ years' experience in IT leadership roles with a focus on ERP systems and information systems management. 8+ years' experience and in-depth knowledge of ERP platforms, such as Oracle, SAP, or other major vendors, as well as Supply Chain solutions (WMS, Planning Solutions, etc.).

    Environment / Physical Requirements:

    • Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
    • Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
    • Capable of working efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.
    • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
    • Frequent travel may be required.

    We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.

    The expected annual base pay range for this position is $180,000 - $215,000.
