    You will be a contributing engineer in the end-to-end implementation of non-defense federal aerospace programs in that are paving the way for future space exploration and critical Earth science research
    Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications As a member of our Civil team, you will be providing direct support to one of our government or industry customers in the areas of systems engineering, acquisition strategy, and technical program management
    You will contribute to some of our nation's most important aerospace challenges including advancements in human space exploration, astrophysics, heliophysics, and earth science
    We are seeking new talent with the following experience:


    • Systems engineering and integration
    • Subsystem design and development
    • Program management and project planning
    • Mission operations and engineering
    • Launch vehicle integration
    • Strategic planning and analysis Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or relevant field
    • Wide-ranging experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: systems engineering, aerospace engineering, or project systems engineering
    • Extensive knowledge of industry and government practices and standards across a range of applications related to system engineering discipline and aerospace mission operations
    • Demonstrated understanding of systems engineering fundamentals including concept development, systems requirements, implementation, interface management, system integration, and verification
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to achieve results within organizationally diverse teams through influence rather than direction
    • Self-motivated individual with a high capacity to work in a team-oriented and collaborative manner
    • Occasional availability for domestic travel
