Position: The Warehouse Associate/Vending Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing our customers in which we have vending business, specifically for our Saint Paul location. They will also pull and prepare orders within the warehouse in an efficient manner to ensure quality customer service.

**Responsibilities**
Essential Responsibilities Load and unload delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment (i.e. operating forklifts) and maintain warehouse organization Manage customer vending machines; includes creating tickets, pulling orders, and delivering product Perform bi-annual maintenance at customer locations on auto crib equipment Prepare and complete daily orders for customer shipments/deliveries; includes picking orders, material packaging, labeling shipments, and paperwork completion Monitor customer usage and recommend product replacements when appropriate Diagnose vending machine issues working with appropriate personnel for ordering replacement parts Complete all pre-installation tasks for new customer vending machine orders, includes loading part numbers, images, packaging quantities, etc.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred Valid Class D drivers license required Certified forklift operator is a plus Must have strong attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as a team Effective oral and written communication skills and basic customer service experience Must be organized, have good reasoning skills, math aptitude and time management skills
