    This is a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and elevating our customers experience through meticulous real-time monitoring, analysis and facilitating better customer service.

    Your expertise in analysing data, identifying trends, and making proactive decisions will directly impact our organisation's ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

    What you'll be doing Real-time Monitoring: Monitor and analyse real-time data and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and adherence of service level agreements (SLAs).

    This involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), such as call volume, service levels, average handle time, and agent availability.


    Reporting and Analysis:

    Generate accurate and timely reports based on real-time data to provide insights into operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Conduct in-depth analysis of trends and patterns to forecast demand, optimise resource allocation, and make data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.


    Workforce Management:

    Collaborate with analytics teams to develop and maintain optimised staffing schedules and real-time adjustments based on current call volumes and agent availability.

    Ensure service levels are consistently met and address any deviations from the plan.


    Escalation Management:

    Monitor queues and systems to identify issues, bottlenecks, or service disruptions and escalate them to the appropriate teams for resolution.

    Act as a point of contact for real-time issues, providing immediate support and problem-solving to mitigate operational risks.


    Communication and Collaboration:
    Liaise with various stakeholders to provide real-time updates on performance, operational challenges, and recommended actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimise performance.


    Technology Utilisation:
    Leverage real-time monitoring tools, software, and analytics platforms for effective data gathering, analysis, and interpretation. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in monitoring and analysis.

    Your experience Experience in Workforce Management , Scheduling and Staff ForecastingAnalytical Skills - strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret real-time data, identify trends, and make informed decisions quickly.

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey real-time information , collaborate with team members and escalate issues when necessary.

    Proficiency in using real-time monitoring tools, analytics platforms, and software systems.

    Knowledge of workforce management software is beneficial,Ability to prioritise tasks , manage multiple streams of real-time data simultaneously, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and service level requirements.
