    PT Home Health Therapy/Rehabilitation in Chesapeake, VA

    LeaderStat is currently seeking a PT Home Health Therapy/Rehabilitation for a(n) 13 week contract in VA.

    Start Date: 3/2/2026
    End Date: 6/1/2026
    Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

    • 1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
    • Clinical experience within the last 2 years
    • Current State Licensure
    • Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
