What You'll Do:

· Collect noise, water, air, and/or building material samples

· Gather, analyze, and interpret data

· Industrial Hygiene Assessments (Chemical Exposure, Noise, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Air Monitoring)

· Water Intrusion and Mold Assessments (Moisture Mapping, Visible suspect biological growth assessments, Mold Sampling and Clearance Protocols)

· Building Material Sample Collection including Asbestos Assessments, Sampling, project oversight, and clearance testing; Lead-Based Paint Inspections; and Lead sampling

· Ensure safe work practices on all project work

What We Need From You:

· BS in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or other related field

· 2-5 years of experience with environmental field sampling and data collection

· Experience with industrial hygiene, asbestos, mold, and lead sampling

· 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and State Asbestos Inspector license preferred

· Experience conducting asbestos surveys and overseeing asbestos/mold abatements; Asbestos designer preferred

· Valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required

· Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
